Spring ’25 open house, May 3 3-5pm

In celebration of the Cohousing Association of the United States' annual Open House Weekend, Bay State Cohousing will throw open our doors again to welcome those interested in cohousing and our Malden community.

If you want to see cohousing up close or think you might potentially be interested in a unit somewhere down the line, this is a great opportunity to meet us, learn more about any and all aspects of coho, and see our neighborhood (just a stone's throw from the Orange Line).
